Other Returns: If you wish to return an item for any other reason, you have 14 days from the date of receipt. In this case, the return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense. Lost orders are extremely rare; however, should it occur, we will offer you a full refund or a replacement. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, and we take great care to ensure that every product is crafted to perfection. The return address will be the same as the original shipping location.
