- We ship all in-stock orders with FEDEX Express Service, Emirates Express, or Chronopost (Express, Economic Service) unless otherwise requested.
- Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day. However, during sales periods, when order volume is high, shipping may rarely take up to 4 days. Our customer service team will keep you updated on your order's status.
- Delivery time is usually between 1 to 3 business days, except in rare cases of unexpected logistical delays from the shipping carriers.
You will receive a tracking number within 24 hours of payment, allowing you to track your order on our website and the shipping company's website.

If your item arrives defective or does not match the product description, you may request a return within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.

Clear photos showing the issue must be provided within 24-48 hours after delivery.
A defect refers strictly to a manufacturing or structural issue that renders the product damaged or unusable upon arrival.
Natural leather variations, color differences, softness or firmness preferences, size perception, or personal expectations are not considered defects.
In approved cases:
- Return shipping costs are fully covered in approved cases, after inspection and validation of the reported defect.
- A refund or replacement may be offered, subject to approval.
Conditions:
- The item must be unused
- It must be in its original packaging and brand-new condition
All approved returns must be sent back to the same address from which the item was originally shipped.
If the product is as described and has no defects, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (this refers to the delivery costs we pay or arrange to ship your order, whether shipping was offered for free or charged at checkout)
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Items must be unused and returned in original condition
Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item and issued to the original payment method.
All returns must be sent to the original shipping address.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your item.

Orders that are intentionally refused at delivery are not eligible for a refund. (this applies to all orders marked as “refused” by the shipping carrier)
