Return policies :
The MCD store is secured by Stripe and Paypal, they defend the rights of the customer and the seller,, both parties must comply with these conditions return :

- If the product corresponds to what is mentioned in the description, the customer has 14 days warranty after receiving the product, and he has the right to return his product and be refunded, provided that the product is in its new condition, the return costs in this case are the responsibility of the customer, in addition to the cancellation costs.
- The customer must check his balance before placing the order, to avoid unpaid bills.
Cancellation policy :
Once the customer places his order, our customer service orders the production department to start his order, so if he wants to cancel his purchase 10 hours after payment and before our shipping service sends it, he has to pay the cancellation fee :
- Between $30 and $50 for payments under $140,
- $80 for payments between $140 & 300$,
- 150$ for payments between 300$ and 500$,
- 250$ for orders over 500$,
These cancellation payments cover the costs of storage, shipping, customs fees, and cancellation is accepted if the product is returned in new condition, if the product is not collected by UPS, the customer pays only 50% of these prices, and provided that the cancellation request does not exceed 10 hours after payment.

Shipping policy :
All orders that are in stock are shipped with FEDEX Express Service, Emirates Express, Chronopost (Express, Economic Service) unless otherwise requested.
We will ship your package within 1 to 4 business days.
Please note that we aim to dispatch all our orders within 1 business day, however this may be slightly longer during particularly busy periods. Please be assured our customer service department will keep you updated at all times on the progress of your order. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.
You will receive your serial number 24h after your payment and you can track your order on our website and also on the websites of shipping companies
