  • You will receive a tracking number within 24 hours of payment, allowing you to track your order on our website and the shipping company's website.

Return Policy

1. Returns Due to Defects or Inaccuracies:

  • If your item has a defect or doesn't match the description, you can request a return within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. Contact our Customer Service Center via chat or email here to obtain return authorization.
  • We cover the return shipping costs if the item is defective or not as described. If the issue is reported after 48 hours, you may be responsible for the return shipping cost.

2. Returns for Other Reasons:

  • If the item matches the description but you still wish to return it, you have 14 days from the receipt date to do so. The product must be in new, unused condition.
  • In this case, return shipping costs and any applicable cancellation fees are the customer's responsibility.

3. Non-Receipt of Order:

  • If you don't receive your order, you will be refunded either directly by Moroccancraftdream or through your bank. We will also cover the return shipping cost.
