Returns & Refunds

Defective or Incorrect Items

- Notify us within 2 days of delivery with photographic evidence

- Return request should be made within 14 days of delivery, unless a longer period is required by applicable law

- Items must be unused and in original condition

- We cover return shipping for verified defects

Change of Mind (Non-Defective Items)

- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Unconfirmed Delivery Details & Carrier Holds

In cases where an order has been shipped or collected by the carrier but cannot be released or delivered due to missing, incorrect, or unconfirmed delivery information (including email address, phone number, or physical address), the shipment may be temporarily held by the carrier.

If the customer does not provide the required confirmation within a reasonable timeframe, or if the delivery is refused by the customer, the carrier may classify the shipment as cancelled or returned in accordance with international logistics regulations.

Carrier Fees & Refund Adjustments

Any cancellation, storage, handling, or return fees imposed directly by the carrier in such circumstances are not included in the original shipping costs and are outside of our control. Where applicable, these carrier-imposed fees will be deducted from the order amount prior to processing any refund.

Refused Deliveries

Orders that are intentionally refused at delivery are not eligible for a full refund, in line with international shipping practices and our existing Shipping & Return Policy.  (this applies also to all orders marked as “refused” by the shipping carrier)

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of your purchase to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
