You are free to clean our products according to your hygiene and preferences, except for leather items. When it comes to leather products, we recommend wiping the leather instead of wetting it with water or any chemical products. If needed, it's advisable to contact a leather specialist near you. Give your leather pouf the care it deserves to maintain its splendor over time.
Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day. However, during sales periods, when order volume is high, shipping may rarely take up to 4 days. Our customer service team will keep you updated on your order's status. Delivery time is usually between 1 to 3/4 business days, except in rare cases of unexpected logistical delays from the shipping carriers.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If your item is defective or doesn't match the description, you can request a return within 48 hours of delivery, and we will cover the return shipping costs. To process your request, please provide images clearly showing the issue within 48 hours after delivery. Other Returns: If you wish to return an item for any other reason, you have 14 days from the date of receipt. In this case, the return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense. Lost orders are extremely rare; however, should it occur, we will offer you a full refund or a replacement. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, and we take great care to ensure that every product is crafted to perfection. The return address will be the same as the original shipping location.
