Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day. However, during sales periods, when order volume is high, shipping may rarely take up to 4 days. Defective or Incorrect Items: If your item is defective or doesn't match the description, you can request a return within 48 hours of delivery, and we will cover the return shipping costs. To process your request, please provide images clearly showing the issue within 48 hours after delivery. Other Returns: If you wish to return an item for any other reason, you have 14 days from the date of receipt. In this case, the return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense. Lost orders are extremely rare; however, should it occur, we will offer you a full refund or a replacement. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, and we take great care to ensure that every product is crafted to perfection. The return address will be the same as the original shipping location.
