Defective or Incorrect Items: If your item is defective or doesn't match the description, you can request a return within 48 hours of delivery, and we will cover the return shipping costs. To process your request, please provide images clearly showing the issue within 48 hours after delivery. Other Returns: If you wish to return an item for any other reason, you have 14 days from the date of receipt. In this case, the return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense. Lost orders are extremely rare; however, should it occur, we will offer you a full refund or a replacement.
