We ship all in-stock orders with UPS, ARAMEX, or FEDEX Express Service, typically within 1 to 4 business days. The return policy at Moroccancraftdream is straightforward and designed to protect both the customer and the seller. If the product you receive is defective or does not match the description, you may request a return within 24-48 hours by contacting our customer service via chat or by email. Moroccancraftdream will cover the return shipping costs in such cases. If you do not receive your order, you will be refunded either directly by Moroccancraftdream or through your payment provider. Additionally, for products that meet the description and are free of defects, you still have a 14-day warranty period after receiving the item to request a return and refund. In this case, the product must be in new condition, and the return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
