Shipping Information

Free Shipping and Express Options

MoroccanCraftDream offers free shipping to 25 countries outside of sale periods. All in-stock orders are shipped using express services, including FedEx, Emirates Express, and Chronopost (Express, Economic Service), unless otherwise specified. We strive to dispatch orders within 1 to 4 business days. During high-demand periods, processing times may vary slightly, but we keep customers updated. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation and tracking number within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor your order status on our website and the carrier's platform.

Worldwide Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping! Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed in your transaction summary. We always aim to secure the best possible shipping rates. For any questions about your order or shipping, please contact us.

Customs Fees

While rare, customs fees or taxes may apply for certain shipments. Please note that these additional costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Place an Order

Select your desired items and click "Add to Cart." When ready, proceed to checkout. Existing customers can log in, while new customers can create an account to securely complete their order.

Using Discount Codes

Enter your discount code at checkout by clicking "Enter a Promo Code." Members enjoy a 15% discount on non-sale items.

Payment Issues

If you encounter payment errors, please check the following:

  • Your card is enabled for international payments.
  • You selected the correct card type (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
  • Your billing information matches your card details. If issues persist, please contact us for assistance.

Return and Cancellation Policy

Returns for Defects or Inaccuracies

If your item has a defect or doesn’t match its description, you may request a return within 24-48 hours of receipt. Contact our customer service team here for return authorization.

  • For defects reported within 24 hours, we cover the return shipping.
  • For issues reported after 48 hours, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility.

General Returns

If you wish to return an item that matches its description, you have 14 days from the delivery date to do so. The item must be in new, unused condition. Return shipping costs and any applicable cancellation fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Receipt of Order

If your order is not delivered, you are eligible for a full refund, processed through MoroccanCraftDream or your payment provider. All shipping costs are covered in cases of non-delivery.

Order Cancellation

Orders are processed immediately to ensure timely delivery. However, you may cancel an order within 10 hours of payment by contacting us. Cancellation fees are as follows:

  • Orders under $140: $30-$50
  • Orders between $140 and $300: $80
  • Orders between $300 and $500: $150
  • Orders over $500: $250

If UPS has not collected the order, only 50% of the fees apply for cancellations made within the 10-hour period.

Balance Verification

Please ensure your payment method has sufficient funds before placing an order to avoid issues with unpaid balances.
